Oh brother…

Everyday BS Add comments

I am so sick and tired of reading those damn guest blogger articles. Actually I should be honest - I’m tired of skimming those damn guest blogger articles. I can’t remember the last time I saw a guest blogger article I truly enjoyed.

I understand you don’t want a lull in your writing schedule when you take a break. Totally understand. I also know that you can post date an article or two in place of nothing, if you didn’t have your guest bloggers.

I am fed up of starting to read a blog… going…wait a minute… this isn’t so and so blogger… this is a want-to-be-stand-in. I understand the guest blogger is looking to promote their ideas. Sure… totally… understand. I also know my bitching about guest bloggers isn’t going to change anything either.

But damn, there seems to be a ton of guest blogging happening lately and I’m just saying…

… I’m freakin’ tired of it.

    HOOORAAAAH!

I could not agree more than I do. I bloody well hate guest-bloggers with an evil evil heart.

It makes me want to tear out my hair (not that I have any), and maybe, just maybe, even toss my monitor out the window.

Honestly, I would rather leave my blog on standby (which I have had to do this summer) than use a guest-blogger.

It just doesnt seem right to me.

You can always leave a comment and let them know how you feel. I sure would prefer the feedback to let me know my readers were not happy.

If they don’t listen you can always drop them from your RSS reader.

On one hand I do understand that many bloggers don’t want to look like they’ve stopped blogging, but you know you could just say… hey people I’m going a way for a bit - be back soon. Write a few articles and post-date them. Let it ride. Seems so much less of a hassle. :)

Peter - I love the evil, evil heart :)

Text Ad Search - I think your right, I should be more pro-active in voicing my displeasure. It might not make much of a difference, but like you said if I really hate it I can always unsubscribe … muhahahaha.
