…. scary thought eh! I know I’m very hesitant when it comes to updating / swapping up stuff on WordPress, because I’m not very good at coding :P But I found a very easy to understand - hold your hand as you do it sort of tutorial for Changing your Header

I think what’s happened with your layout is that the “Welcome to the Product Review Site” Might be to long for the space provided in the header. Two options - make the text smaller (usually in a CSS file) or make your title smaller… or you could use a graphic that would fit the header size.
That would be my guess… It’s a lot to do with trial and error to see if the Template works. You might also try a different template?
