This weekend the company that I work for is putting on a Casino night - for the Christmas party. I’m really looking forward to it 
I’ve also been trying to figure out what texas hold-em is, so I don’t look like a complete dork at the the party - yeah, I’m not a big gambler. Whenever I went to the casino I always played the slots.
But that’s besides the point. There were several recommendations as to where to go and practice for free (how cool is that)… and one of them was PokerStars. That would be PokerStars.net - not PokerStars.com (which is the same thing as .net but there you actually play for REAL money). But I also noticed that neither site had affiliate programs.
I downloaded the game from the .net site and I loved it! I’m not really a big gambler, but I’m starting to see the allure for the game. Once I’d caught on as to how to play - and they also let you know what cards are matched in your hand - it gradually gets easier to understand. Hopefully tonight I’ll be able to carry some of that knowledge with me… but whateva! I was totally shocked not to see an affiliate program there.
From what I understand it’s one of the most popular poker sites on the Internet - I found the download easy and learning was great - they offer a lot of tips at the site. Why no affiliate program? Hello guys and gals at PokerStars… affiliate program??? Perhaps they’ve had enough success with the word of mouth and advertising on A&E. I don’t know, I had really wanted to promote them - since I’ve used their product and really liked it.
But maybe me blogging about it, is all the publicity they need for now.

… or a crazy thing! It was a blast, I’ve never had so much fun at a Christmas party, and I’m not even really into the gambling. Of course I stuck to the Blackjack table because no matter how much I drank - I could still count to 21

Seriously , I thought the same thing when I visited the Pokerstars website. But now I have emailed them and they have made me an affiliate ! So I suggest you do the same if you want to promote them.

Hmmm… now there’s an idea - get in there and send them an email. I might just do that.
I just find it so odd that they don’t have an affiliate program. So knowing that there is one there - just not advertised might make a good opportunity because the market for Pokerstars hasn’t been over-saturated.

@Evert, usually I don’t let these sorts of comments through - but damn I couldn’t stop laughing. What will the gambling industry think of next. Ingenious I suppose. Naked women - gambling - could be paradise for some men… probably a lot of men
… also, just the thought of my co-workers naked… yikes! LOL.
